Completed forms should be brought to one of the registration dates.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH USA HOCKEY FOR THE 2010-11 SEASON AND BRING A COPY OF THE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION PAGE TO KOMETS REGISTRATION

Komets Registration Dates:

Thursday, June 10th - 6:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday, June 12th - 10:00am-12:00pm (Banner Raising Ceremony at 12:00pm)
Monday, June 14th - 6:00pm-8:00pm

All registration dates will be held at Kenosha Ice (7727 60th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142)

*Note: A $500.00 Late Registration Penalty will be assessed to those skaters who register after June 14, 2010.

The only exceptions are:
1) Skaters who have never skated with the Komets in the past;
2) Players registering for the Development (“Devo”) Program.
