As the 20-21 season returns closer to normal, so do some events. The Kenosha Komets were excited to welcome back the Texas Roadhouse Meat Cutting Contest. Meat Cutters from around the region converged on Kenosha Ice to cut their stuff to determine who goes to nationals. Cutters had to cut three different hunks of beef into the proper cuts for serving in the restaurant. Cutters were judged on thickness, weight, and fat content. The top cutter from each market will make their way to the Texas Roadhouse National Cutting Championship. Each Texas Roadhouse cuts their meat fresh for serving. Swing by the Kenosha Texas Roadhouse this weekend and you could be biting into a prize winning steak!
