Pee Wee A closed out their regular season with a big home win against the Chicago Jets with one of their biggest fans cheering them on.  It was awesome to have Gus Phillips back in the crowd again as he continues to fight brain cancer.  Up until this year, you could count on seeing Gus in the top row of the stands at all of Sebastians games.  This year he has been forced to cheer on the Komets from his home watching on Livebarn.  I'm told that Gus was feeling pretty strong Saturday morning and wanted to see his son play in person again.  Sebastian didn't disappoint by assisting on two goals.  The crowd joined the boys in a nice ovation prior to the puck drop.  After the game, Coach Adam honored Gus with the Hard Worker award for his continued fight.  Having Gus join us for the game was a pleasure shared by all.  We continue to wish him good luck as he battles on.
