Spring 4 on 4 / Small Games - 2012

General Information

The Komets believe Spring is an essential time in a hockey player's development. The spring Small Games / 4 on 4 program provide a great opportunity for players to compete in a less stressful environment and begin the transition in to the next season.  This is especially critical for players who are moving up an age level.  The 4 on 4 portions allow skaters to adjust to the pace of the game at the new age level.  It also gives them more room on the ice to attempt to make plays against the increased competition level.  The small area games promote creativity and puck touches in a comptetive environment.
